Shogun Black Belt Academy
We are a family friendly martial arts academy teaching karate, kickboxing & self defence. Our classes are suitable for all ages & abilities.
Based in Staffordshire & Derbyshire our sessions are held at village halls, community centres & schools from infants schools through to secondary schools.
Our chief instructor is James Stringer a 4th Degree Black Belt who has trained in various martial arts systems for the past 30 years.
James also holds National Training Programme qualifications in First Aid, Coaching & Instructing, Health & Safety & Child Protection.
The instructors at our academy also have Criminal Records Bureau Disclosures which are always kept upto date, enabling us to bring our self defence programme into schools.
Instructors qualifications can be viewed by parents at any of our classes.
